2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners came near the house of the informant and started abusing him. On protest by informant and his family members, all the accused persons assaulted them due to which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as for the Informant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Banka or Successor Court in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
