Patna High Court L.P.A No.153 of 2022 dt.17-10-2023 2/2 Nos. 6 and 7. The learned Single Judge found that the company from which the appellant was dismissed does not fall under the ambit of Article 12 of the Constitution of India, which alone would enable this Court to entertain the present petition under Article 226. We have to further note that even the specific company has not been impleaded in the writ petition and the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) is impleaded only because the company has a contract with the said corporation.
2. We find absolutely no reason to entertain the appeal and dismiss the same.
