The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is already on bail. Allegation of demand of dowry and torture is of general and omnibus nature. However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
