In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 420, 379, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the complainant has purchased the land having old Khata no. 503, new Khata no. 882, old Khesra no. 4509, new Khesra no. 6824, area 2 Kattha from Brahmdeo Sutihar and jamabandi has been created in the name of the complainant. Allegation has been made that accused person made some manipulation in the Government register and also created forged and fabricated document with ill motive to grab the

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the land in question has been purchased by the petitioner and it is basically a civil dispute which cannot be settled in the criminal proceeding. Looking to the nature of proceeding, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
