Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that while the informant was taking water from the well the petitioners made indecent act with the ladies. On protest being made they assaulted the informant and his niece and abused by calling caste name. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and no injury has been received by the informant's side. Moreover for the occurrence of 06.06.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 08.06.2015.

Considering the delayed lodging of the F.I.R, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
