In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.86 of 2016 (G.R. No.2069 of 2016), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he is a IVth grade employee and was attempted to commit theft of medicines of the hospital for selling the same for undue advantages.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was not a prohibited medicine. The petitioner is in jail since 22.03.2016.

No.27072 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.86 of 2016 (G.R. No.2069 of 2016). However, the authority is directed to initiate departmental proceeding against the petitioner.
