Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within the stipulated time, office will place the matter before the Bench. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, with a liberty to seek regular bail before the learned court below. Permission is granted.

The instant application for anticipatory bail, is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and seek regular bail.
