This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.711 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 112(2) of the B.N.S. 2023.

The petitioner is a candidate of constable recruitment examination on whose behalf the impersonator had appeared in the examination.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
