Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 272 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 of the Excise Act. Seven liters country made Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioners for which petitioners are in jail custody since 16.4.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
