This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gaighat P.S.Case No.353 of 2014 arising out of Tr. No.29 of 2015 for the offence under Section 341,342, 323, 354, 380, 457 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he pressed at the mouth of the victim and other than that there is nothing against this petitioner and he has clean antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail, stating that there are allegations against the petitioner also of outraging modesty.

Having heard both sides. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
