JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant raided the house of one Javed Sain having got information and recovered firearms and other articles from his house. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was caught while he was fleeing away from the house of the aforesaid Javed Sain and two mobile sets are said to have been recovered from his possession.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.Case No. 80 of 2016.
