Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366A and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the victim was minor at the time of alleged occurrence and she is specifically stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. that she was taken away forcibly by the petitioner and the co-accused Jamshed, whereafter, she was subjected to sexually assault, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II,
