The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 220 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and both the parties are relatives. Further submission is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5685 of 2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6474 of 2017 (3) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 220 of 2-016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
