The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 325, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted informant's uncle with lathi with intention to kill him due to which he sustained grievous injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute there was free fight between the parties and there is case and counter case between them. Learned counsel for the

There is one grievous injury on the left arm, which is on non-vital part of the body. Petitioner is also victim of the crime and is in jail custody since 21.12.2022. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. There is no chance of absconding the petitioner or tampering with evidence.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Aurangabad in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022.
