JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that vide order dated 16.03.2016, while allowing the application, a condition was imposed that the order dated 07.09.2010 be complied within two weeks. It is contended that the file could not reach in time in the concerned section, therefore, the petitioner could not comply the order in time.

Accordingly, time granted for compliance of the order is extended by further two weeks from today.

The order dated 16.03.2016 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
