The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.103 of 2014 registered under Sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of the co-accused Ghanshyam Ravidas. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 20.12.2015.

No.27866 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.103 of 2014.
