ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 254 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448/341/323/354/427/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though many sections have been levelled against the accused persons yet so far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation of molestation so as to attract the rigor of Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that the entire dispute was on account of a petty squabble and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61683 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna, in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 254/17, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
