Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 237 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(A), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged illegal truck of the wine in question. Except the fact that co-accused persons named this petitioner, there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61302 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 237 of 2018.
