Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 400, 401, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)/26A/35 of the Arms Act. Some other co-accused were apprehended by the police on suspicion that they were planning to commit dacoity. From their possession, firearm was recovered and on their disclosure, name of the petitioner has surfaced. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
