Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 registered under Sections498A, 504 506, 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the affair of the informant and her husband.
