The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act. One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 07.02.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-5th, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
