Petitioner is accused in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 340 of 2016 registered under Section 396 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Ramdahin Yadav @ Laldahin Yadav and Tusa Gope have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 45728 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 52421 of 2018 on 27.07.2018 and 28.09.2018 respectively. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2018.
