The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 758 of 2018, arising out of Karamchat P.S. case No. 67 of 2018, registered under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) (c) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

The police raided the mill of Bhola Singh where the petitioner and two others were found sitting but after seeing the police two persons managed to flee away but the petitioner was apprehended. From the premises of the mill 2 1⁄2 kg. Mahua, some pots and gas cylinder were recovered for that the petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2018.
