This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offences under Sections 363, 366A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim, Nitu Kumari, is physically present and submits that she has married with co-accused, Rakesh Choudhary. Petitioners are relations of Rakesh Choudhary. This fact has already been brought on record through the supplementary affidavit, filed by the petitioners today.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2997 of 2017 (3) dt.23-02-2017 2 /2 Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
