The petitioner seeks bail in Excise case No. 615 of 2018 arising out of Mohania P.S. case No. 408 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Twenty five liter of Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but for that the petitioners is in custody since 11.07.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Excise case No. 615 of 2018 arising out of Mohania P.S. case No. 408 of 2018.
