Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kesariya P. S. case no. 276/2018 registered under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 447, 504, 506/34 of the IPC. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant, her daughter and son having entered into her house, but learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that Annexure-2 series reveals that no such injuries, as disclosed by the informant, were found on the persons of the so-called injured of the present

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VII-cum- Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari, in Kesariya P.S. Case No. 276 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
