The petitioner, who has been solely named in the F.I.R., apprehending his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.14 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 313 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that it is a completely false case and, as such, a prayer has been made for granting anticipatory bail.
