Petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner No. 1 got the sale deed with regard to Khata No. 144, Khesra No. 1324, 1325 area 6 dhurs executed with regard to the share of the informant in connivance with her husband petitioner No. 2 and others. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that sale deed was executed by the informant on 26.04.2003 and the present case has been registered on 21.02.2015, whereas petitioners' side lodged Town P.S. Case No. 161 of 2015 against the informant's side at earlier point of time. Moreover petitioner No.2 happens to be the own brother of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
