In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014, G.R. No. 465 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 448, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears from Annexure-2 is a complaint of the petitioner that he made a complaint, father of the present prosecutrix had taken Rs.2,000/-from him and when he had gone to demand the said money, every time he was given assurance one pretext and other for return of the same and ultimately on 10.02.2014, the petitioner was refused to pay the aforesaid amount which was informed to the Sarpanch of his village, vide application dated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42123 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 10.02.2014, the first information report was lodged after two days making allegation against the petitioner of making attempt to commit crime on the victim.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his/her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014, G.R. No. 465 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U
