Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Twelve bottles containing total 2.16 litres country made Nepali liquor are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 16.05.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
