That this is an application for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus and directing the Respondents to make payment of Honorarium to the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika since March, 2013 to February, 2014 when her appointment was cancelled without any reason and since March, 2014 to August, 2014 when her termination was restored and she was directed to reinstate as Anganbari Sevika and she has been reinstated on 02.06.2014. It is further direction to make payment as house rent from May, 2012 to March, 2013 for Anganbari center bearing Code No. 62 at Saraiyapar under Islampur Block,

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has died during the pendency of the present writ petition, hence the present writ petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
