The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 323, 427, 504, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioners and other accused persons surrounded and assaulted the informant only to pressurize him to change the place of posting of Sadanand Jha.

It is submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. Sadanand Jha and Vijay Yadav are alleged to have assaulted the informant. Petitioners are permanent employee and they have no concern with the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015, G.R. No. 1965 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
