The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 30 litres of mahua liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is contended that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2018.

No.59588 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
