JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 14.05.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, District- Gaya in Complaint Case No. 105 of 2013 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Section 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34432 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
