Vs. Jivachi Devi.
The State filed an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court but the same was dismissed with the following orders: "We are not inclined to interfere with the
Patna High Court L.P.A No.268 of 2021(3) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 impugned judgment passed by the High Court. Special Leave Petition is dismissed. However, the question of law is kept open.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of."
The order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court is taken on record.
In view of above, the present Letters Patent Appeal is hereby dismissed.
