This application has been filed for quashing the order 10.9.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in Giriak P.S. Case No.80 of 2012 by which he has taken cognizance against the petitioners for offences under Sections 341, 452, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order.

Accordingly this application is dismissed. However, petitioners will be at liberty to raise all points before the court below at the appropriate stage.
