JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused and except two other cases pending, there is nothing against him and he is languishing in jail custody since 11.4.2016.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Araria, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 295 of 2016 arising out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 141 of 2015.
