The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioners are married Nanad and Nandosi of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. The other family members have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 2.2.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 3142 of 2017.

From the written report itself it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5004 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
