The petitioner seeks bail in Misc. Excise Case No.577 of 2018, arising out of P.R. Case No.42 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Petitioner was arrested while coming from Nepal and 36 litres of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 07.08.2018. The petitioner has remained in jail for two months.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
