The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.R.P. (Patna Junction) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016 registered under Section 419, 420, 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 11 of the Gambling Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused falsely on basis of statement of co-accused. Petitioner is running Khatal near the place of occurrence and he always made objection to the accused persons therefore they have made him accused. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55452 of 2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Case No. 134 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
