While complaining of encroachment on Aam Rasta, the petitioner in fact seeks to resolve a private dispute going on in between the petitioner and the private respondents. The nature of the grievance so raised can not be resolved under the writ jurisdiction. The petitioner, if so advised, may take recourse to such other remedy that may be available to him in law. The writ petition is disposed of.
