2. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2015 in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as there is no eye-witness to the occurrence.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Chandran U T
