ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Parties by order dated 4.9.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj vide B.P. No.241 of 2014 in connection with Dighal Bank P.S. case No.103 of 2012 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj. Since there is no indication that the private Opposite Parties ever misused the privilege of bail in the intervening period, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. Hence, the application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
