JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 547/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 307, 326 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking notice of this fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he made attempt to snatch the motorcycle of the informant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
