Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.05.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
