JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard Sri Ajay Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Kumar No. II, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner who is in custody since 11.6.2016 in Case No. C-7-170 of 2016, registered for the offence under Section 47 (A) & 54 of the Bihar Excise Act 2016 has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on accusation of recovery of about 3.5 liters of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner, petitioner has been arrested.

No.34604 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 In view of the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner Sonalal Besra @ Sonelal Besra be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka / concerned court in connection with Case No. C-7-170 of 2016.
