WJC No.1341 of 2022(2) dt.02-12-2022 2/2 Although this writ application has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent nos. 1 to 9 to conclude the investigation of Danapur P.S. Case No. 913 of 2019 registered under Sections 403, 406, 408, 418, 420, 425, 464, 468, 471, 477A, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact investigation of the case is complete and he is looking for a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial as early as possible.
Learned AC to GP-4 has no objection to the kind of the prayer made by the petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, finding that the petitioner is making an innocuous kind of prayer and his only submission is to direct the learned trial court to conclude the trial, this Court deems it just and proper to direct the learned trial court to take up the trial, if the case has already been charged and it is pending for trial and proceed expeditiously.
