JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant on 29.02.2015. It is alleged that the kidnapping was done by Kundan Bind and petitioners being the family members of Kundan Bind facilitated the kidnapping.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 29.02.2015, the FIR was registered on 03.06.2015 and the thrust of accusation is against Kundan Bind but the petitioners have been roped in the present case since they happen to be parents and brothers of Kundan Bind.

No.35635 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against co-accused Kundan Bind, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.124 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
