The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P. S. Case No. 462 of 2016 instituted under Sections 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that petitioner used to threaten the informant that he would not allow her to get married with another person.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got clean antecedent and no such any threatening was made by him and both are neighbours and there was no good relationship between them.

Having considered the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before
