2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 323 , 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have inflicted knife blow to the informant and one Tarkeshwar Yadav due to which they sustained injuries.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that both parties are gotias and due to pending land dispute a maarpeet took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Injuries caused by the petitioner is found to be simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate , 1st Class, Saran Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S. case No. 357 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
